These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WoCupTV. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WoCupTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe to WoCupTV. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Service Description
WoCupTV provides access to live channels, on-demand movies, series, and sports through an IPTV streaming platform. We provide access only to properly licensed or authorized content. Availability and channel lineups may vary by region and may change without notice.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Subscriptions are sold for fixed periods (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Payment is due in advance and is non-refundable once activation credentials have been delivered, except where required by law. The 24-hour free test is provided at our discretion and may be limited or withdrawn at any time.
5. Account Use
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Each subscription is intended for personal, household use. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your credentials is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to record, redistribute, or rebroadcast content; (b) reverse engineer or interfere with the service; (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) use automated tools to access or scrape the service.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region. Streams may occasionally be affected by network conditions, broadcaster issues, or maintenance windows.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content available through WoCupTV are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content or intellectual property.
9. Disclaimers
WoCupTV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoCupTV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward our team, without refund.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
